Once under contract, Cascon’s Program Management activities coordinate the technical and manufacturing resources to ensure that requirements are being met and that you are kept informed of progress, challenges, and risks. These activities include management and coordination of the following:

    • Project kick-off,
    • Recurring status updates, and
    • Design reviews
  • Internal technical resources
  • Internal manufacturing resources
  • Master schedule
  • Quality and statutory requirements
