Production Manufacturing

A successful product launch and profitable commercial lifecycle depend on manufacturing and supply chain execution. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and long-established sub-tier supply chain has been successfully manufacturing and factory testing our innovative pump designs for decades.

Cascon was incorporated in 1988 with sales, customer service, and engineering functions located in North Yarmouth, Maine. Sister company, Chamberlain Machine, has been an integral part of the successful operation since the start. This Walpole, NH facility provides complete manufacturing, assembly and test capability to the combined organization.

Activities carried out during the production manufacturing cycle include:

• Development of manufacturing methods and processes
• Quality planning
• Procurement of specialty items as needed (O-ring seals)
• Procurement of COTS items (fasteners)
• In-house machining (turning, milling, grinding, finishing, etc.)
• Management of outside specialty operations (surface treatments)
• Product assembly and test
• Inventory support (e.g., blanket award contracts, end-of-life support)
• Dedicated machine setup for faster production cycles (based on justifiable order demand volume)
